Spire Murrayfield Hospital: Edinburgh

Engineering solution:

The new air handling and related plant and equipment at roof level are supported on a structural steel plant platform and suspended above the level of the existing roof covering. Due to the platforms physical size these works required submission of a planning application for full consent to the works by Edinburgh Council.

All works were completed on the 9th September 2013 and cfes were praised by the client for their ‘good performance and management of the contract’ (Andrew Eadsforth).
