The cfes Specialist Projects Division's principal service is the provision of turnkey roof top developments (residential and commercial) where existing flat roofs are developed adding both capital value and an additional revenue stream to the client's estate. Modern methods of construction (MMC) are utilised providing huge benefits over traditional build techniques including: shorter build time, superior build quality, economy of scale, more predictable delivery, environmentally less sensitive, utilisation of existing site areas, safer construction and reduced site labour requirements.

cfes Ltd do not use standard mass produced "modules" to form the roof top extension but an individually designed structure that transfers the additional load down through the building, providing the layout requested and maximising the space available.
