Engineering solution:
Design solutions for both sites in accordance with HBN13 sterile services departments. Works involve the cutting of new drainage for specialist washers, autoclaves and endoscopy equipment.
Full engineering solution in process and admin areas, linking where necessary to Trust existing plant in various plant room locations. Construction finishes in accordance with best practice for clean room (inspection and packing/washroom) design.
Provision of building management system and integrated IT “track and traceability” systems Design of unit to include staff facilities, management offices and reception.
Works completed on programme and to agreed budgets with Trust Capital Projects Team and End Users.
